After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue our Knight Cash program. With the rise of digital payment solutions like Apple Pay and Google Pay, we’ve seen a shift in customer preferences.
Transition Period:
- Continue using Knight Cash at participating vendors, including most restaurants, retail stores, laundry services, and vending options on campus.
- Pay-for-print stations will now accept credit card deposits for library and computer lab prints starting May 28th. (More details forthcoming)
- Final deposit day: Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
- Final purchase day: Thursday, June 22, 2025.
Knight Cash Refund Process:
- Direct Deposit (highly recommended)
- Paper Check mailed to your current address
- Valencia Downtown students can anticipate that their Knight Cash balances will be transferred to their PaperCut accounts.
Direct Deposit:
- Prevents delays due to lost checks or address changes.
- Refunds from students’ accounts can be direct deposited to any U.S. bank or credit union.
- Funds are available within 24 to 48 hours after processing.
