Where do I go to receive my UCF Card?
For your convenience, you can obtain your initial card or a replacement in person at the Card Services office located on the main campus or at the UCF Rosen School of Hospitality. If you’re an online student and are not near either campus, you can request your card to be mailed to you.

The Downtown Card Office will remain closed throughout the break and will reopen with limited hours:
- January 9th: 12 PM – 5 PM
- January 12th–15th: 10 AM – 2 PM
- January 21st–22nd: 10 AM – 2 PM
