Your UCF Card can be used at:

  • Free on-campus shuttle service
  • Free city transportation through Lynx

Get Your UCF Card

Please know your UCF ID number when requesting a UCF Card.

You must present one of the following valid forms of photo identification:

  • State Issued Driver’s License
  • State Issued ID Card
  • Passport

You must meet one of the following eligibility requirements:

  • Enrollment in classes for the current semester
  • Attended or currently attending an orientation session
  • Be a current faculty, staff, or affiliate of the university

Protect Your UCF Card

Common actions that will damage your card:

  • Do not keep your UCF ID card with your phone while charging on a wireless charger
  • Machine washing the card on accident
  • Bending, Twisting, sitting on, or crimping the card
  • Exposing the card to extreme heat
  • Exposing the card to chemicals
  • Protect your card with one of our plastic card holders (available for purchase at UCF Card Services) or keep it in the free protective paper sleeve that comes with your card.

Fees

If you find a UCF Card, please drop it off at the UCF Card Services office in the John T. Washington Center to ensure the cardholder does not pay the $15 replacement fee. We will contact the cardholder to let them know we are holding their UCF Card. If you can’t drop it off immediately, please call 407-823-2100 and we will inform the cardholder when they can stop by and pick it up.

  • Lost/Stolen/Damaged Card – $15
  • Badges – $10
  • Visitor Copy Card – $1 (purchased with cash from the Copy Card dispenser in the Library)
  • Confiscated Card – $15
  • Print new ID card with updated photo – $15
  • Legal Name Change – No charge
  • Preferred Name Change- $15
  • Employee status change – No charge
  • Update photo in the system/Workday – No charge
