UCF Card Services provides UCF Card pick‑up for Downtown students and employees at the Downtown Campus, DPAC Building, Suite 302, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
UCF Cards are delivered to this location by Campus Courier on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding UCF‑observed holidays) and will be available for pick‑up by noon on the next scheduled delivery day, depending on when the request is submitted.
Customers should account for weekends and holidays when planning pick‑up.
A valid photo ID is required, and only the individual who submitted the UCF Card request may pick up the card; friends, family, and third parties are not permitted.
Any delivery delays or issues will be communicated via the customer’s UCF email account.
