ID Card or Badge Mailing/Pickup Policy and Requirements
If you have a protected or sensitive status, Card Services recommends that you obtain your ID card in person. This ensures the safeguarding of sensitive personal information, including your home address, telephone number, and photograph.
You may obtain your UCF Card or a replacement in person at the UCF Main Campus or the Rosen College of Hospitality. UCF Downtown students, faculty, and staff, as well as Valencia College Downtown students, faculty, and staff, may choose to pick up their card at the DPAC Building, Suite 302, by selecting the appropriate option through the mailing link. (Pickup at DPAC is offered exclusively for Downtown campus-affiliated individuals.) All UCF students and employees, including those enrolled in UCF Online courses may request to have their card mailed to them if they prefer NOT to pick it up in person. Valencia College Downtown students, faculty, and staff may also request to have their card mailed if they are unable to visit a pickup location.Individuals requesting a card must meet one of the following criteria:

- After your mailing request has been reviewed and your photo approved, you will be sent a mailing payment request. The request includes a mailing fee plus any additional applicable fees.
- Once payment has been received, your ID card will be printed and mailed within 24-48 hours. However, processing your request may take additional time depending on the volume of requests.
The actual mailing process is subject to factors, such as weekends, holidays, on campus mail processing, and the United States Postal Service.
